Karen Rioux

Karen Rioux is a partner at McGann, Ketterman & Rioux, where she concentrates her practice in labor law, employment law, and employee benefits. She has extensive experience representing labor organizations in collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, and grievance arbitration. Ms. Rioux's practice emphasizes strategic guidance in negotiations and compliance, ensuring that clients are well-positioned to protect and advance workers' rights in all aspects of the labor-management relationship.

Ms. Rioux regularly handles matters before the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and other federal and state agencies. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2003, where she participated in the Labor and Employment Certificate Program and earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Collective Bargaining and Arbitration.
