He concentrates his practice in ERISA collection actions, including complex cases involving alter ego, single employer, and successor liability. McAnally has been involved in over 1,900 federal lawsuits to enforce collective bargaining agreements and trust agreements, resulting in the collection of millions of dollars for various trust funds.

Mr. McAnally serves as a member of multiple standing audit and collection committees with clients throughout the region, advising them on their legal rights in the prosecution of delinquent employers.
