William A Widmer III ( Bill) a graduate of Bowdoin College and Temple University School of Law was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1975. He has exclusively represented Unions and Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds since his admission. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Labor and Employment Law and has been Union Co-Chair of its Standing Committee on Federal Labor Standards Legislation and Practice and Procedure under the NLRA. He remains a member of the Practice and Procedure Committee. In 1997 he was elected a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and at least for the past 5 years he has been listed in both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for Labor and Employment Law.
